
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
This program has been developed for managers who have
questions about their effectiveness as a manager. After all,
managing smaller or larger groups of employees does require
special skills.

right things?
This extensive program deals with a variety of themes and
operates with both group sessions and individual sessions.
Leadership in the sense of showing people the way forward
(where are we heading for), mobilising people (motivation
and initiative), set an example concerning reliability,
professionalism, knowing the individual employees and manage
them, and acknowledge the importance of feedback and
communication.
Themes for self-leadership are: self-knowledge, awareness of
own motivation, values and standards, sense of reality,
solution driven, self-discipline and action minded.
The program demands openness. Discerning discussions between
the candidate and his/her manager will be evaluated as well
as the discussions between the candidates and their
employees. Improvement issues will be determined.
Themes like the level of acceptation of employees towards
their manager will be discussed as well as the relative
added value of the candidate’s leadership.
Management style
and possible relevant educational literature are part of
this discerning and constructive program aimed at making the
manager even more successful.
