Welcome to Slooter & Partners. Since 1990 we have specialised in outplacement, career management and coaching. In addition we offer leadership development programs, aimed at managers with specific questions about their management qualities and how these can be improved. We also offer ‘in company’ trainings.

We operate from our location in The Hague or at the company's premises for many (international) companies and institutions.

Slooter & Partners is associated with Arbóra Global Career Partners (GCP), an international cooperation of companies with our speciality. This is convenient for both the employers who have contracted us and the candidates aspiring to an international career. As member of branch organisation NOBOL, we employ their code of conduct (a copy in Dutch is available at our offices).

In order to give our candidates an even better support we developed a web portal.

With username and password they will have access to this site which contains a wealth of information like writing application letters and an effective CV, how to prepare for an interview and how to network.

Besides actual information that might help them with their job search, there are also self assessment tests and more than 1300 links to relevant websites.
